The life cycle of a forest can best be compared to that of a human being.

We can see in it similar phases of development, from youth, through adolescence, to old age.
However, the most significant feature, is the cycle and its repetitive, generational nature. Analogous to the life of humans, in the case of trees, and especially the commercial forest, we can talk about cycles.

This makes wood an environmentally friendly, renewable product, and in the relatively short term.
